What to expect

Your pathway through the centre

Four stages, from first contact to discharge. You will know at every point who is responsible for your care and what happens next.

  1. 01

    Referral or self-referral

We accept GP and consultant referrals, and patients may book directly. Send investigations you already have.

  2. 02

    Consultant assessment

A full history, examination and same-visit diagnostics where indicated, so you leave with a working diagnosis.

  3. 03

    Agreed treatment plan

Options, risks and alternatives set out in writing — including the option to treat conservatively.

  4. 04

    Procedure and follow-up

Day-case where possible, with a scheduled review and a written discharge summary to your GP.

The team explained every stage of my stone treatment before it happened, so nothing came as a surprise. I was discharged the same day and back at work that week.

Next steps

Speak to a urology specialist

Book a consultation online, or call the centre and our reception team will find the earliest suitable clinic for your condition.

Referrals from GPs and other specialists are welcome. For acute urinary retention, uncontrolled bleeding or severe flank pain, seek emergency care rather than booking online.
