Our approach

- Consultant-delivered care
- The consultant who assesses you performs your procedure and sees you at follow-up. Care is not handed between teams.
- Diagnostics under one roof
- Ultrasound, flexible cystoscopy and urodynamics run on site, so investigation and results happen without a second referral.
- Minimally invasive by default
- Where an endoscopic or laparoscopic route gives an equivalent result, we take it — shorter stays and faster recovery.
- Multidisciplinary review
- Cancer and complex reconstructive cases are discussed at MDT before a treatment plan is agreed with the patient.

We accept GP and consultant referrals, and patients may book directly. Send investigations you already have.

Consultant assessment
A full history, examination and same-visit diagnostics where indicated, so you leave with a working diagnosis.

Agreed treatment plan
Options, risks and alternatives set out in writing — including the option to treat conservatively.
- 04
Procedure and follow-up
Day-case where possible, with a scheduled review and a written discharge summary to your GP.

Referrals from GPs and other specialists are welcome, and patients may book directly.
What to bring
These cannot wait for an online booking
Go to the nearest emergency department, or call the centre on +256 771 229 853.
- Complete inability to pass urineAcute urinary retention. A catheter is usually needed, and the sooner the better.
- Severe flank pain with nausea or vomitingPossible obstructing kidney stone. Pain that will not settle needs urgent assessment.
- Heavy or painless blood in the urineVisible bleeding that is heavy, or that appears without pain or infection, needs same-day review.
- Sudden pain or swelling in a testiclePossible testicular torsion. This is a surgical emergency and time matters.
- Fever with flank painPossible infected, obstructed kidney, which can become life-threatening within hours.
- Injury to the kidney, bladder or genitalsBlunt or penetrating trauma needs immediate assessment, even if it looks minor.
