Lithotripsy

Prostate Biopsy

What it is: A minimally invasive procedure used to collect tissue samples from the prostate gland. These samples are then examined under a microscope to diagnose prostate cancer or other abnormalities. A thin needle is typically inserted through the rectum and into the prostate to obtain the tissue samples.
